A Hexagonal “Pound-thru†blade has been designed for the heaviest duty working situations. Made out of high-quality bit material it extends right through the handle, ensuring a full transfer of force, even when struck with a hammer. In addition an integrated impact cap and ductile tempered material in the handle help significantly increase the service life, reduce risk of splintering and absorb vibrations caused by hammering. More torque can also be transferred by attaching a ring spanner or open-end spanner to the integrated hex bolster.
Wera’s Kraftform Plus handle has been designed to fit perfectly into the hand to allow for a fast, comfortable and ergonomic screwdriving experience. The handles hard zones glide like wheels across the hand for high working speeds, while soft zones provide grip to ensure high torque transfer and comfort during intensive use. A hexagonal anti-roll feature prevents any unwanted rolling off surfaces at the workplace. A Wera Black Point tip goes through a refined hardening process ensuring a long service of the tip, this process also increases corrosion protection and provides an exact fit.
