400 Hex Torque indicator
Wera Hex-Plus torque indicator with fixed pre-set torque for hexagon socket screws. Tamper proof design; prevents any accidental or unwanted change of torque value. Robust slip clutch generates a clearly audible and tactile trigger that signal's when the set torque is reached, thereby making it impossible to apply any further torque. The loosening torque is significantly higher than the tightening torque, so no additional tools are needed for loosening screw connections. Ergonomic t-handle design perfectly fills the whole hand, while fingers lie comfortably in the softly rounded recessed grips, suitable for high torque transmission.
Unique Hex-Plus profile (Hex-Plus profile fits every standard hexagon socket head screw). The profile drives from the flats instead of the points, preventing the rounding out off screws, whilst allowing 20% further torque to be applied, especially useful for hexagon socket screws that require tightening to 4.0 Nm.
